These Terms & Conditions govern the participation in events, programs, and services operated by The P.O.I Group (POI) and its associated verticals:
- Asia Football Showcase (AFS) Professional Scouting Event (ages 16-29)
- AFS Jrs Youth Cup (U17)
- AFS Residential Program (Long-Term Pro Prep, 18-24 years)
- Summit Football Institute (Professional Training with Online Education, 14-18 years)
- Pro Player Agency (Representation & Transfers under AFS Mandate)
By registering, attending, or engaging with AFS programs, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, do not use our services.
- Definitions
- “AFS” refers to Asia Football Showcase and its affiliates, agents, and partners.
- “Player” or “You” refers to any individual participating in AFS activities.
- “Program” includes but is not limited to showcases, trials, residential training, and agency representation.
- “We,” “Us,” or “Our” refers to AFS and its authorized personnel.
- Booking & Payments
- Full payment is required to confirm participation.
- Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Players must submit all required documents, including medical consent forms.
- AFS reserves the right to deny participation for non-payment or incomplete documentation.
- Refund & Cancellation Policy
- AFS Events: All payments are non-refundable unless you have purchased the Worry-Free Protection Plan at the time of booking.
- Visa Denial: No refunds for visa rejections. Players must ensure they meet visa requirements before making payments.
- COVID-19 & Health Issues: No refunds or rescheduling for illness, including COVID-19-related travel restrictions.
- Failure to Appear: Players who fail to attend without prior notice forfeit their fees.
- Travel & Accommodation
- Players are responsible for their own travel and visa arrangements unless stated otherwise.
- Additional fees apply for accommodation and meal plans for accompanying persons.
- AFS is not liable for airline cancellations, delays, or missed flights.
- Medical Disclaimer
- Players must have their own medical and travel insurance covering injuries and emergency medical expenses.
- AFS may provide basic first aid but is not liable for medical costs.
- By participating, you consent to emergency medical treatment as deemed necessary by AFS.
- Conduct & Discipline
- Players must adhere to AFS and event host rules.
- Misconduct, including but not limited to violence, discrimination, drug use, or disrespectful behavior, may result in immediate expulsion without refund.
- AFS reserves the right to report serious infractions to the player’s national football association.
- Representation & Agency
- Players engaging in AFS Pro Player Agency agree that AFS has exclusive rights to represent them for the agreed duration.
- Transfers and contract negotiations must be conducted through AFS unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Image & Media Rights
- Players grant AFS full rights to use photos, videos, and other media from events for promotional and commercial purposes without compensation.
- Players who do not wish to be filmed must notify AFS before the event in writing.
- Liability & Indemnity
- Participation in AFS programs is at your own risk.
- AFS is not liable for personal injury, theft, loss, or damages incurred during events.
- Players are responsible for any damage they cause to property, venues, or equipment.
- Jurisdiction & Governing Law
- These terms are governed by Thai law.
- Any disputes shall be settled in Thailand’s courts.
- Force Majeure
- Natural disasters, pandemics, wars, or political unrest.
- Airline, visa, or travel restrictions.
